  3. Internal Audit: We conduct a thorough internal review of the management system to ensure compliance with ISO requirements.
  4. Management Review: The management team evaluates the system and decides on improvements for continued development, with our support and guidance.
  5. External Audit: A certification auditor reviews and assesses compliance with the standard.
  6. Certification Achieved! Your organization is now ISO-certified, strengthening your competitive edge.

    FAQ

How long does it take to become ISO certified, and what is required from us?

We project manage the entire implementation of ISO standards, which on average takes 1 month per standard. You only need to allocate 2–4 hours per week, and we guarantee that you will pass the external audit. This makes the process simple, fast, and efficient, so you can quickly start benefiting from the certification and the improvements that follow.

Do we need to hire an ISO consultant?

No, you don’t need to hire an ISO consultant or a QHSE manager! When working with us, you have the entire PDCA cycle directly in TIM. We help you get started with TIM and the management system, and after that, you are equipped with the tools to handle everything on your own, without a consultant.

Do we need any prior knowledge of the ISO standard?

No, it is not necessary. Our IT tool TIM has built-in interpretations of the standards, meaning all the requirements are already integrated and scheduled in the system when you get started.

Do we need to appoint our own project manager for the ISO work?

No – During the implementation, we handle project management and drive the project from start to certification. After certification is received, we continue to support you through our customer support process, and TIM sends reminders when it’s time to update something.

Can we implement multiple ISO standards?

Yes, it is possible to implement multiple ISO standards either simultaneously or gradually. For example, you can start with quality (ISO 9001) and environment (ISO 14001) and add occupational health and safety (ISO 45001) as your organization grows and hires more employees. This creates a unified and efficient management system.
