The purpose of this policy is to provide an overview of how Clarendo processes personal data.

Clarendo AB is the data controller for the processing of your personal data when:

  • You are registered as a contact person for your organization with us.

  • You sign up for, or are registered for, one of our training sessions.

  • You have an inquiry and/or contact us.

  • You visit our website and accept cookies.

Clarendo AB is the data processor for the processing of customer personal data when:

  • You, as a customer, add employees as users in TIM.

  • You, as a customer, add information about employees, customers, or suppliers in TIM. If you want information about how your personal data is processed in the above situations, you should primarily contact the data controller at our customer. The personal data will be stored on Clarendo’s servers in northern and western Europe during the period the data is retained.

We, in our role as the data controller, have processors who process the relevant personal data on our behalf.

What Rights Do You Have?

You have the right to have your personal data corrected if it is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You have the right to be forgotten, but the deletion of personal data cannot occur if it is required to fulfill the contract or if other Swedish or European law, court, or authority decision dictates otherwise, as well as when it is based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing. If you have complaints regarding Clarendo’s processing of your personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the Swedish supervisory authority, currently the Swedish Data Protection Authority (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).
