How Unisport Transitioned from Document-Based to an Innovative Cloud-Based Solution

The Challenge

Unisport had been certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for several years, but their management system consisted of numerous detailed documents that were rarely used or read, a common problem when documentation becomes too cumbersome. The company saw a need to create more business value from their management system and make it more usable, while also improving the governance of their dispersed operations.

The Solution

By switching to our IT tool, TIM, Unisport was able to eliminate redundant documentation and focus on the tasks that were most critical for their business. TIM’s features, such as periodic reminders and task delegation, made it clear what needed to be done and who was responsible for each task. By turning Unisport’s different facilities into “areas” in TIM, all parts of the organization could be effectively engaged.
