Since 2012, Jotac had an ISO 9001 certified management system, but the system was based on extensive process maps and documentation that grew to an unmanageable level. Documents and processes were hard to find and follow, making the usefulness of the management system almost nonexistent. It became clear that a simpler, more functional system was needed, with a shift in focus from documentation to operational value.

The Solution

Together with Clarendo, the important and useful documents from the management system were converted to TIM.
